LEMAR continues to pave the way on customer satisfaction
LEMAR has 15 branches over the island now and continues to improve the service they give to customers. The supermarket chain has led the way on social responsibility projects such as Help those with Cancer Association and animal shelter projects.
Member of the board Rustem Onkal, speaking to KIBRIS POSTASI reporter Eniz Orakcioglu, said that the service conditions of supermarkets changed to the level of the public income; this was the same in Turkey. However the LEMAR chain served all sectors of the public from low income to higher income individuals.
LEMAR has announced there will be a 20% reduction midweek on a category of goods every week; for example, on Mondays there will be a 20% reduction on meats; the following day could be on vegetables.
Onkal pointed out that the chain is planning on opening a branch in Bogaz, Girne bringing the total to 16 branches.
