Change to end of summer time implementation in Turkey
The Turkish Council of Ministers has announced that due to the early elections in Turkey set for November 1st, summer time end has been postponed to 8 November, rather than 25 October 2015.

Normally summer time ends on the last Sunday of October; this year that is 25 October. However due to the elections this year, summer time in Turkey will be ending on 8 November instead. Normally time would be taken back one hour.

No reports as to what the TRNC will be doing with the time change has come as yet. It is not certain whether or not the TRNC will be using the same implementation or not.
