November to be busy with foreign visitors
Following the resumption of the UN-led negotiations on the island, things are hotting up for November with the impeding visits of the Foreign Secretaries of the US, UK and Germany.

It is expected that US Secretary of State John Kerry will be coming to the island in November, as will the German Foreign Minister Frank Wlater Steinmeier and UK’s Foreign Secretary Philip Hammond. The three ministers will be on the island for a day’s visit and it is expected that they will be seeing the two leaders individually.

Anatolian News Agency says that Kerry will be on the island on the 14th of November and Steinmeier on the 17th. No date has been given as to when the UK Foreign Secretary is arriving; however it is also noted that the Russian FM Sergei Lavrov will be visiting the island as well.

Issues relating to the Cyprus negotiation process as well as bilateral relations between the countries and Cyprus will be on their agendas.
